Our Team​

Nick Aloise, founder and president of Aloise Builders (formerly Trans-Atlantic Development Corp), started renovating multi-family homes alongside his father in Massachusetts when he was 12 and discovered a lifelong passion for building. Over time, he mastered carpentry and developed a broad knowledge of every aspect of residential construction — framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, finishes, and everything in between. As a belt-on general contractor, Nick is hands-on, detail-oriented, and present. His firsthand experience in the trades allows him to oversee projects with precision, anticipate and resolve challenges before they become problems, and deliver outstanding results.

While Nick remains personally involved in every project, Aloise Builders has grown into a skilled and trusted team of professionals who share Nick's commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail.
