Nick’s Phius Certified Passive House Builder and Phius Certified Passive House Consultant training enables us to collaborate seamlessly with architects and designers pursuing high-performance building goals. We understand Passive House principles, enclosure design, thermal-bridge reduction, air-sealing protocols, balanced ventilation, and the precise field execution required to achieve them. We’re comfortable working from WUFI-based models, blower-door targets, and detailed specifications — or joining early to help identify cost-effective pathways to better performance on projects that aren’t fully Passive House. Our goal is to translate designs into practical, field-ready solutions that deliver efficiency, comfort, and durability, supported by clear communication throughout the build.
