​A complete restoration of a 1928 Craftsman Colonial

The project included expanding the home to create a master suite with walk-in closet and new bathroom, renovating the kitchen, restoring original gumwood details, upgrading systems, and integrating modern comfort and efficiency while still preserving the home’s historic charm. ​Eight years later, the homeowners once again turned to Aloise Builders — this time to construct a screened porch that complements the home’s character and craftsmanship and blends seamlessly with the original renovation.
